How do I file a claim for my damaged, lost, or stolen order?Updated a year ago

If you have insured your order with Route+ Shipping Protection at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a claim.

You also can file a claim by clicking here.

Make sure you have the Order Number we sent you or the Route Order Number ready to provide on the claim form. Also, be sure to enter the correct email address on file with your order.
