Upon placing your order, please allow up to 4 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouse will pack your goods and have it shipped as soon as possible.
Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number to your order.
You may also come back to our website at any time and visit our Order Lookup page to find your real-time updates for your shipment.
If you did not receive your tracking number or you don't have any updates on our Order Status page after 5 business days, please Contact Us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate
Additionally, you can download Route's mobile app for iOS or Android to visually track your package and receive real-time notifications on its estimated delivery
